Packaging arrangement
Every house or hotel project has a set of modules.
Standard module size is a multiple of standard trailer, which makes transportation of modules easier and cheaper.
Standard short: 6,85 m x 2,42 m x 2,70 m. Standard long: 12 m x 2,42 m x 2,70 m.
In some individual order cases it is possible to produce non-standard sized modules.
Basic module has: Wooden structure and metal frame; PVC windows (PVC – polyvinyl chloride plastic, 5-chamber); PVC or wooden external door; Wooden or MDF (medium density fiberboard) internal doors.

We use only certified ISO materials in process of building. All our constructions are being worked out by our professional engineers and designers, have all official agreements and meet all building regulations.
Often construction heat-insulation causes a lot of questions. This is just normal, as expenses for heating can amount to more than 50% of utility fees during cold seasons.
Usually buyer is only interested in how thick is heat-insulation material layer; however this is not correct enough. Different types of heat-insulation materials give more or less efficient compensation of heat loss while a layer thickness can be the same.
Our house models are being heated accordingly to the construction type and the heat-insulation material’s type and thickness depends on the building usage purpose – being it a summer house or a house for year-round living.
